Our Privacy Policy is a very simple one--NONE of your information is made available or shared with ANYONE or ANY PLACE. Period.
There are no minimum orders, and we offer combined shipping rates on all of our items. We use the USPS exclusively as our preferred carrier. Orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail, and since we ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your cleared payment, your items should be in your hands within just a few days time.
US Orders
We are currently accepting orders online and through the mail. Please use the shopping cart even for mail orders, this will help your order be as error-free as possible and accurately calculate your shipping amount. Our shopping cart is set up to accept mail orders. Simply print off the completed order page and mail it to us with your payment. PLEASE double-check to ensure that your email address and other information is correct and up to date!
All major credit cards are accepted through Google Checkout or through PayPal. We also accept PayPal payments of all types. Orders will be shipped as soon as your chosen payment type clears. For mail orders, payment types accepted include cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks and business checks. Please be aware that when ordering by mail, orders will not be shipped until your payment clears the bank. We regret having to use and enforce this policy, but the number of illegal money orders, bogus cashier's checks and 'rubber' checks have increased astonishingly over the last few years!

International customers are welcome here! Online ordering only at this time, and all orders are processed through Google Checkout or through PayPal and must be in US funds. PLEASE double-check to ensure that your email address and other information is correct and up to date. If you really need an alternative method of ordering, please contact us before placing an order.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees imposed by your country and we fill out customs forms truthfully--please do not ask us to ship as a gift if it's not one! If your country isn't in our shopping cart, email us. Shopping carts aren't perfect, so if the shipping charges shown by the shopping cart scare you, contact us with details--its possible that we can find an alternate method of shipping so the shipping charges are acceptable.
Returns & Problems -- All Orders
This business is owned and operated by human beings, and human beings are imperfect by nature. Occasionally mistakes are made. So if there's something missing from your order, or too many somethings or too few somethings in your order, please contact us immediately! Corrections will be made at no cost to you.
Since we know that we are not perfect, why should we assume that you are perfect? (Even though you may be!) So if you've made a mistake, contact us and let us know what has happened. We'll get it worked out to the satisfaction of all. We take pride in our Customer Service! We also have a 'No Questions Asked' return policy. If, for any reason, you should decide to return our products, please contact us requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for the return postage amount. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and be in the same condition they were in when sent to you, including the original packaging.
Even the shipping companies are operated by humans. Occasionally, bad things do happen! If there is damage to your items, please keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately. Your options normally include a full refund or replacement of the damaged item(s).
