Montval Acrylic Paper is a heavyweight, textured paper that is internally and externally gelatin sized. It provides the artist with a cold pressed surface suitable for a wide variety of painting and drawing techniques. Ideal for acrylic paint and wet techniques! Apply color thick or thin, this paper does well with either. With an application of gesso, the paper can be used for oil paints. Try this paper with inks! 148 lbs (400 gsm) and quite stiff. This is not the same 'coated' paper that you get in the pads, this paper is more like a heavy-weight watercolor paper. Acid-free. Package of 100 ready to use Inchies (1 inch by 1 inch squares).
