Acquerello Portofino is a hot-press paper that has a beautiful, silky smooth surface. Free from optical brighteners, it features one of the strongest surfaces ever created for painting with watercolors. Portofino is designed specifically for wet media, such as watercolor, gouache, acrylics, and ink, but yields excellent results with drawing media, such as graphite, colored pencils, pastels, charcoal, chalks and crayons. Also great for mixed media, pyrography (woodburning or pokerwork) and collage. It is mouldmade in Italy of 100% cotton fiber, and is neutral pH. Portofino paper is acid-free and chlorine-free, with a smooth, hot-pressed surface. Made by the Magnani mill. 140 lb (300 gsm). Available in packages of 12, 25 and 50 ready to use cards, perfectly sized for ATCs, ACEOs or Sketch Cards. (2-1/2 inches by 3-1/2 inches).
